Valid String Check

Determine whether the integer represented by a digit string is divisible by 3 and the character 7 appears at least twice. Both conditions must hold.

Output one integer, the answer.

Example 1: 7+7+1=15 and there are two 7s, so output 1. Example 2: the digit sum is 21 and there are three 7s, so output 1. Example 3: the digit sum 9 is divisible by 3, but there is only one 7, so output 0.
