ZF Group Software Engineer Interview Experience: Mapping prior work to the role

The interview kept returning to how my past work connected to the position. I described how I approached problems, managed time to reach a solution, and which transferable skills from my previous role would help if I joined. The process felt straightforward and aligned with what they were looking for. My main challenge was telling that story clearly and efficiently.
