Vanta Account Executive fourth-round interview

My Vanta Account Executive process felt long, but it made me think more than I expected. It had five steps, and I reached the fourth round. The difficult part was not knowing where I stood relative to the other candidates. I kept waiting to understand what that stage meant in terms of the competition, and the uncertainty lingered.

I appreciated the intentional, thought-provoking nature of the rounds leading up to that point. Even so, the lack of clarity about my standing left me wishing I’d had more visibility into the evaluation. I didn’t receive an offer. Although I respected that the process was designed to be meaningful, not knowing where I landed made the result harder to feel good about.
