UST Global Software Engineer Interview Experience: Four rounds and HR ghosting

This was my most frustrating process because of what happened after I invested so much time. I completed four interview rounds, including a face-to-face interview, and spent real effort and money on every stage expecting at least a clear update at the end.

Instead, the HR team stopped responding. Calls and emails went silent after the final round. There was no rejection message and no outcome communicated. I could have handled a rejection, but being ghosted after multiple rounds and an in-person interview felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

The questions and difficulty were not the central problem. I can handle hard questions. The issue was the lack of communication. I did not get an offer, and I felt the process failed in how it closed the loop as well as at the decision point.
