Elsewhere in my process, the interviewers were approachable and open to discussion. The cases were challenging but suited the work I was applying for, and the tone stayed constructive rather than adversarial. In a short virtual experience, I met two people at director and partner level, spent about an hour in total, and worked through cases related to their backgrounds.
I did not get an offer, but I thought the experience was well run and human enough that the difficulty felt earned rather than random.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
