In a separate role-specific track, I had two internal interviews, a client round, and a managerial round. Those conversations tested practical knowledge tied to my background. I discussed Palantir Foundry, SQL, PySpark, and Spark architecture. The level felt average and the process stayed organized around work I could actually do rather than abstract trivia.
