Both rounds were led by people who did not appear closely tied to the client or role details. Communication became the larger problem. I made multiple follow-ups but received neither feedback nor a clear explanation. The lack of transparency made me question whether there was a real hiring need behind the interviews.

I did receive positive signals at points, then waited for months before a formal rejection. By then, the lack of ownership and follow-through had made the process much more draining than the interview difficulty.

Location: United States. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
