Sii Group Italy Software Engineer interview: client preparation

A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, and the first steps moved quickly. After an HR interview, I spoke with several business managers who handled group work for different clients. The conversations helped me understand the assignments and what they expected.

I then had a client-side technical interview after preparing with a business manager who knew the client's way of working. That preparation made me more comfortable. In another similar path, I had a tightly structured HR round, a longer in-office manager interview, and a denser in-person technical discussion. A third path included an HR interview, a development-oriented coding test, an in-person technical conversation with a tech lead, and a technical client discussion about motivation that ended in a signed contract. The process felt responsive and clear.
