Reynolds and Reynolds Software Engineer interview: video screen

After I applied, the company contacted me by email and set up a video interview. It followed a normal format with common background and fit questions. Nothing about it felt hostile or disorganized.

Afterward, they told me they would not continue with the hiring process. They mentioned that a cheek swab could come later in the process, but I never reached that point. It was a quick, routine experience, even though I did not get past the initial interview.
