A little later, I completed a behavioral video interview. It began with introductions and moved into behavioral questions where I had to support my examples, including examples of initiative. Toward the end, I was asked for specific examples from my earlier work and needed to explain my approach and outcomes clearly.

Location: Cape Town. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
