Prime Video Software Engineer interview: compact practical rounds

I had two one-hour interviews. Each included one technical question and Leadership Principles. I was also asked about AI use.

A hiring manager introduced one round with a top-k-style problem without an API. Another technical prompt used a restaurant-manager scenario involving groups arriving, so it felt more applied than a textbook coding exercise. I did not receive an offer. For such a short process, it still seemed to test both principled judgment and practical problem solving.
