My process had three rounds and felt like a quick sprint. I began with a phone screen, then had a virtual one-on-one with a manager, and finally a panel with several interviewers. The panel was not smooth: one person was on time, another arrived late, and one never appeared. I was also pushed to begin the next round immediately, so the flow felt rushed and poorly planned.
The questions themselves were approachable. I was asked about WPF, given a Stack coding problem, and asked about async/await. The techno-managerial round combined deeper technical discussion with getting-to-know-you questions. The topics matched what I already knew, making it easier than I expected.
I did not receive an offer. The technical expectations seemed clear; the surprise was the inconsistent panel logistics and lack of structure.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
