OPTIMUS IT SERVICES Software Engineer interview: campus OA error and DSA-heavy selection

I joined a campus drive where everyone who registered reported together to the Noida office. The day began with an OA for about 100 students: 20 aptitude questions and 2 DSA questions.

The OA felt rough immediately because my submission hit an error on their side and I had to take it again. Even after that, selection seemed to rest much more on the DSA section than I expected. The mismatch between the test breakdown and the apparent selection criteria made the process frustrating.

The DSA questions were about binary search and strings. I did not get an offer, and the tension between the stated test breakdown and what seemed to drive technical shortlisting was my main takeaway.
