Odoo Account Executive interview: delays after recruiter and final rounds

The hardest part was the waiting, not the first interview. I started with a recruiter conversation about my account-management background and was told I would hear back by the end of the week. The week passed, and my follow-ups brought no useful response.

The same frustration appeared at the final stage. Even after a last interview and a promise of a timely decision, I waited for weeks. When a response did arrive, it was generic and oddly automated, which did not match the time I had already invested. In one instance the company stopped responding altogether after an interview that had required extensive preparation.

I came away with a bitter feeling. The interviews were not necessarily the most difficult part, but the process dragged through long silences. The lack of follow-through felt like the real blocker, not my performance.
