Nutanix Account Executive interview: clear recruiter, manager and country-manager process

I started with a recruiter interview that felt professional and easy to talk through. The recruiter explained what they would focus on and encouraged me to understand the company background so I could speak about it in context. The process then continued with the hiring manager and a higher country-level manager, with prompt updates and feedback.

The format was clear, so I did not spend time wondering where things stood. The questions were handled calmly and gently, and the tone remained respectful. I did not move forward because I was looking for something more senior than the role offered. Still, I would consider other openings because the process was organized and the recruiter made a clear effort to position the discussion around the role.
