The conversations fit what I expected for the market and role, and the compensation discussion was consistent with other companies I had considered. I was pleasantly surprised by how attainable the quoted package felt if I stayed persistent and kept engaging. I did not get an offer, but the process felt smooth, fair, and well communicated.
Location: Boston, MA. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
