Lennar Consultant interview: repeated delays and Caliper result

The recruiter call felt cold and combative, and it was hard not to take that personally. A later interview with a sales manager felt rigid too. I was told an assistant would arrange another sales-manager meeting, but after my thank-you email and follow-up, I was told there was limited space in my region.

When I reapplied in another city, the same recruiter scheduled me with the same interviewer. There was another long period without a call or email. My final interview required travel and lasted more than an hour. The energy was poor, and personal questions felt unrelated to the work. I was told I did not pass a Caliper-style evaluation and was not a fit. The process left me exhausted and feeling disrespected.
