After an initial recruiter-style step, I took an online English assessment. It had a fluency check, then vocabulary and spelling questions, all under a time limit with many questions. It stressed speed and accuracy, and I had to be careful with unknown answers because wrong answers carried negative marking.

Soon after, I joined a group discussion on a current technology topic. Everyone needed a chance to speak, so I had to make my point clearly with limited opportunities. The technical interview focused more on networking and cloud basics than deep coding. After introducing myself, I answered those fundamentals calmly. An HR round at the end focused on background and fit.

I was not selected after the final round, but the process was structured enough that I knew which step I was in.

Location: Chennai. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
