I started with back-to-back behavioral and scenario sessions. The scenario round was a business case about how I would approach an engagement, including integration, separation, and M&A considerations. It tested structure and reasoning more than memorized material.
The next stage again paired behavioral work with technical-style thinking in a service-line setting. The technical piece was not coding: I explained a project and how I worked, then answered follow-ups. The schedule was manageable, and the partner section was not especially long, while the transition from manager to senior consultant was clearer. I did not receive an offer, but I appreciated the room to explain how I linked choices to goals.
Location: Dallas, TX. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
