Insulet Software Engineer Interview Experience: smooth start and month-long wait for decline

I applied online and heard from a recruiter within about a week to arrange an initial phone screen. That led to a technical interview with hiring managers. The communication became unusual afterward because I sent follow-ups to both the hiring manager and the recruiter.

I waited just over a month before Workday notified me that I had been declined. The early scheduling had been relatively smooth, but the end of the process felt slow and opaque.

I did not get an offer. What I remember most is how long it took to receive a clear close after the interviews.
