Infosys Finacle Software Engineer interview: Power Apps and learning

My process had three rounds: technical, managerial, and HR. The difficulty was average to difficult, and the structure was clear from the start.

The second round focused on how I would approach and learn new skills based on earlier project experience. The technical questions used real Power Apps scenarios, making the conversation more practical than a purely theoretical discussion.

I did not receive an offer, but the sequence was consistent. They tested experience and learning rather than unrelated trivia.
