Infosys Finacle Software Engineer interview: load testing and monitoring

I had two rounds that were mainly technical but included behavioral questions. Both focused on performance bottlenecks, including how I approached load testing, used monitoring tools, and understood the result of the latest test. I needed to explain troubleshooting logic, not just name tools.

The second conversation followed the same pattern. It felt fair and direct, and it matched the kind of work the role seemed to involve. I received an offer. My takeaway was that careful explanation mattered as much as syntax.
