Infosys Finacle Software Engineer interview: early offer and smooth onboarding

The process felt unusually smooth from start to finish, and the offer came early. The interview was straightforward, and onboarding afterward was seamless. Training would start from scratch, so I did not feel judged for not having everything ready on day one.

I also remember the Mysuru campus as green and calm, which made the experience less stressful than expected. The atmosphere around training and onboarding matched the interview: comfortable, organized, and low drama.

Smoothness did not mean they were careless. The process did not try to intimidate me with tricky gotchas. It seemed focused on getting me set up.
