The interviews felt smooth and well organized, and they gave me new ways to think about difficult situations. Different stages covered technical depth, management skills and how I'd respond to scenarios.
The technical questions pushed me to reason beyond recalling facts. The managerial discussions focused on keeping a team effective and working efficiently when things became difficult.
I received an offer. I also felt I'd learned how to explain my response to real workplace pressure more clearly. The rounds challenged me, but the structure kept the experience from becoming chaotic.
