After I applied, the process was straightforward and clearly staged. I started with an online conversation with talent acquisition, who were transparent about the role and how the work would be organized.

I then moved through assessment steps and face-to-face meetings with managers. The conversations were short and focused rather than highly technical. I also had a final in-person meeting with senior leadership. If it went well, the process finished with paperwork, including returning to sign the contract.

Compared with other hiring processes I had seen, this one felt manageable and low-stress. I left each stage feeling that I understood what they wanted, and clear communication about the next step helped keep it from feeling chaotic. I received an offer, and what I remember most is how orderly the timeline and expectations were.
