After I turned it in, I had an interview that went deeply into what I’d written, especially the reasoning behind my decisions. The interviewer seemed interested in stress-testing how I reached my conclusion, not just hearing the final answer. It was challenging, but still within the range of a reasonable PM assessment.

My overall impression was that the process moved quickly from submission to discussion and stayed closely tied to the case material I’d produced.
