Capgemini Consultant interview: quick multi-round background discussion

The process began with recruiter screening and continued with the hiring manager and team members. I discussed my experience, technical and behavioral topics, problem solving, and cultural fit. The sequence was organized enough that I always knew what stage I was in.

Once it started, it moved quickly across several people and rounds. There was a strong emphasis on talking about myself, my background, and why I wanted the role. The final discussion turned to expectations and next steps. Each stage built on the previous one instead of introducing surprises.
