After a recruiter call, I waited about a week for a market-leader conversation and then had a final meeting with a regional executive. The structure was consistent, with the recruiter and leadership each pressure-testing my fit.

The questions centered on personality: why I wanted the role, how work ethic appeared in my prior experience, what I thought the job involved, and how my background matched it. I walked through my resume conversationally and did a client-communication role-play, where they watched how I explained things and handled the interaction.

It felt focused on alignment rather than obscure technical puzzles. The process seemed doable, though it did not try especially hard to wow me. It was mainly confirming that I could represent the role and communicate clearly.

Location: Austin, TX. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: got offer.
