The Amgen process was unusually well organized. The recruiting team gave clear timelines and transparent communication, which made it feel professional and predictable.
The first round was virtual and used a deep technical assessment of core competencies, problem solving, and real-world scenarios. The second was face to face and moved away from straight coding into leadership, cultural fit, and situational judgment: collaboration, conflict, and how my approach connected to long-term vision. I came away feeling that leadership mattered as much as technical ability, and that it was a structured place to discuss how I work with other people.
Location: India. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
