Amazon Software Engineer Interview Experience: coding rounds with leadership questions

The schedule was four rounds of about an hour each. Three were coding-focused, and the last was system design. Every round also contained roughly 25 minutes of Leadership Principles questions. I felt the format did not allow me to rely on one strength because weak behavioral performance could outweigh technical work in the same round.
