My process was fairly straightforward: first an introductory recruiter call, then an interview with the business manager, and finally a technical interview. The early stages were meant to get to know me, my experience and skills, and my path and expectations.
After the HR and manager conversations, the technical stage tested my skills. The format felt classic: fit and role framing first, then technical assessment. The flow was smooth, but I felt conflicted about the role's scope. It seemed to carry a lot of responsibility while the compensation did not seem aligned with that scope.
The whole process was not especially long. Some stages moved from contact to the next interview in about a week. I came away seeing an organized process, but also a mismatch between the breadth of the work and what was being offered.
Location: Turin. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
