Alten Nederland Software Engineer interview: delayed onboarding after offer steps

My process had two technical rounds followed by final document verification, then a compensation discussion and an acceptance stage. I was told the offer letter would come after acceptance.

The slow part came afterward. It took more than three weeks before I could actually join the organization. The sequence itself was clear, and I did not experience much bouncing between steps, but the follow-through felt slow rather than like a content problem. What stayed with me was how long it took to start.
