ALTEN México Software Engineer Interview Experience: HR call followed by four postponed manager interviews

After my Almalaurea profile was reviewed, HR contacted me. We had a straightforward introductory call where they explained the main information and context. Then we tried to schedule an interview with the business manager.

That step became the problem. The business-manager interview was postponed four times because the manager could not find availability, and it never happened. It felt strange because the initial HR stage had moved normally, then everything stopped just as the more substantial interview should have begun, without a real conversation taking place.

I did not receive an offer. What stayed with me was a process interrupted by availability rather than an evaluation of my profile.
