ALTEN México Software Engineer Interview Experience: A missed technical meeting and no response after two follow-ups

My process was very unprofessional. The first HR conversation was not a real interview: nobody assessed my skills. It was only a briefing about how the process would continue. When we reached the second technical step, I arrived on time, waited about an hour, and no one showed up.

I reported it immediately but received neither an apology nor an explanation for the time and preparation I had invested. Even after two follow-ups, I got no response. Everything remained unresolved and without a real conversation. It was frustrating because the whole process felt more like a service failure than a selection process.

I received no offer. The only clear takeaway was the lack of respect in how communication was handled.
