Alten Delivery Centre Spain Software Engineer interview experience: broad role and compensation

After the first contact, the process was presented as a clear sequence: an introductory call to understand who I was, then a personal interview that was also meant to get to know me, and finally a dedicated technical interview where my skills were tested.

The experience itself was smooth, without obvious detours or problems. I expected a narrower focus, but the role appeared to carry a fairly broad range of responsibilities. My main reservation was whether the compensation matched everything being asked. Even so, I came away with a positive feeling because the stages were well defined and the conversations were consistent with each other.
