Alten Delivery Centre Spain Software Engineer Interview Experience: A missed appointment and no technical feedback

My process began frustratingly. Even while arranging it, I noticed misalignment and little care around timing. I had appointments where the other person seemed more focused on their own CV than on what was actually needed for the technical interview. In one instance, I arrived on time and waited without anyone coming. I flagged it immediately, but got neither an explanation nor an apology for the time and preparation I had spent.

When I finally reached the technical interview, the questions seemed clear and the interviewer was very kind. Still, I never received an outcome. After the interview, I got no concrete feedback even after following up.

What upset me most was not the technical level but the combination of poor process management and silence after they had already gathered what they needed to assess me. I was left without an answer, and the lack of closure was the hardest part to accept.
