ALTEN Belgium Software Engineer Interview Experience: business manager interview never happened

The process began with HR reviewing my profile, contacting me, and arranging an introductory call. That conversation covered the basics and gave me the main information about the role and process. I was then scheduled to meet the business manager.

The frustrating part was the scheduling. The business manager interview was postponed several times because of the manager's commitments, and it ultimately never happened. The process looked as though it would move forward, then stalled at the point where I expected the next step.

I did not get beyond that stage. It began like a normal hiring pipeline, but it could not reliably deliver the scheduled interview. That left the experience unresolved and incomplete.
