My experience was quick and simple at first. I had a straightforward conversation about my skills, and I got the impression that they were trying to place me on a project that matched them. The tone was friendly and positive, without feeling overly formal.
Later, though, the process felt misleading. I was invited to talk about cyber, but I ended up in a conversation that felt more related to DevOps. I also realized that the paperwork they asked me to complete added little beyond my CV. It was basically a form that repeated it.
The early mood was good, but the process drifted from what I thought I was signing up for. I did not move forward, and the steps did not feel especially meaningful compared with the clarity I expected.
Location: Toulouse. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: got offer.
