Some interviews felt especially supportive. In one, the engineers responded quickly and made it clear I could ask questions. In another, after I reviewed their materials, the conversation had a "let's talk" feel and they answered many of my questions. It felt cooperative rather than heavy.
The timing was predictable. In one run, they told me within about twenty days whether I got the job. In another, I was still waiting for a decision. Across the experiences, the process was organized, professional, and communicative, even though it did not always end in an offer. I thought the interviews were fair and friendly.
Location: Brisbane. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
