My process began with an online assessment on data structures and algorithms, followed by a technical phone screen. The final stage was a loop of several consecutive rounds.

Those rounds emphasized Amazon-style leadership principles alongside system design. I expected technical evaluation, but I was surprised by how much leadership framing appeared while I worked through design questions. Location: India. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
