Accenture Technology Software Engineer interview: selected rounds, delayed confirmation, and offer

Technically, the process went well. I cleared every round and was selected for the role. The interviews did not feel difficult, and I could answer questions and move through the steps without major confusion.

The waiting and final coordination stretched the experience. Offer-letter confirmation took a long time, and some roles seemed able to enter a ghost-like limbo after candidates had done the work but before final confirmation. Early on, I also waited more than 30 minutes with no delay message and had to follow up to get the interview rescheduled.

I ultimately received the offer, but the end-to-end process still felt slower than necessary once interviews were complete and paperwork needed to catch up.
