Before I could move forward, I had to complete a set of points on the Go for Gold platform. Then I took an online assessment covering quantitative aptitude, game-style puzzles, logical reasoning, and technical aptitude. The mix made it feel as though they wanted to assess a range of skills.
The technical questions included two DSA problems, two SQL query tasks, one frontend CSS question, and a JavaScript event-listener question. After the assessment, I had a communication round with on-screen and audio prompts, followed by an introduction.
Next came a more personal interview about my background and expertise, including strategy and scenario questions. It was a long process with several steps, but it gave me a clear idea of what they were evaluating. I didn't get an offer, although the process felt thorough.
Location: New Delhi. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
