After a quick HR call about the hiring process and possible salary range, I moved into conversations that felt more conversational than intense. I had an hour-long discussion with a hiring manager and developers, focused mainly on background and fit rather than heavy technical grilling. They still wanted to understand how I approached work and what I had built.

Location: Heredia. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
