Accenture in India Software Engineer interview: HR to coding

I started with an HR conversation and introduced myself before anything technical. Next came an aptitude test, followed by a coding interview focused on my career background and expertise.

The final stage was more about how I approach problems than about writing under pressure. I discussed strategies, scenarios, and principles, and it felt as if they wanted to understand my thinking and technical judgment. The process moved in a clear order from HR to aptitude to a deeper technical conversation. I ultimately received an offer.
