Accenture in India Software Engineer Interview Experience: programming, SQL, projects, and HR scenarios

I started with an online assessment, then had separate technical and HR interviews. The technical round covered programming concepts, SQL, my projects, and core computer-science fundamentals. It felt like they wanted me to connect theory with how I actually build.

The HR round focused on how I present myself and work with others. I introduced myself, discussed strengths and career goals, and talked about teamwork. There were also situational prompts about how I would handle workplace scenarios.

The flow was structured and the difficulty was average without being overly casual. I did not receive an offer, but the experience was organized and clearly evaluated both communication and technical understanding.
