Accenture in India Software Engineer interview: delayed interview and rescheduling

The interview content was fine. The problem was scheduling. I arrived and waited more than 30 minutes without a message about a delay or whether the interviewer was available.

I had to email the team and follow up myself to have the interview rescheduled. That made the experience sour because the issue was basic coordination, not how the questions went. Once it was sorted out, the interview itself felt normal, but the poor lead-up and communication gap stayed with me.
