My process had three rounds, mostly by phone. It began with a recruiter screen lasting about 30 to 45 minutes. Next came a technical conversation with someone from a developer background, also about 30 to 45 minutes. The final round was behavioral and used the same call format.
The pacing felt consistent: each call was focused and did not drag. The recruiter screen covered my background, while the technical call assessed fit from a developer perspective rather than general theory. By the behavioral round, I felt warmed up and could connect my prior work to the situations they asked about. It was a fairly standard round-by-round progression, and I received an offer.
