Accenture España Consultant interview with supplier-selection case study

I started with an HR interview that immediately included a case study about choosing a supplier company for a client. There were three options: one high-priced firm with junior talent, another high-priced firm with senior talent, and a third option in the middle.

The case felt like a real consulting judgment call rather than a simple technical problem. It was difficult because there was no obvious correct answer. I had to weigh cost, capability, and where the client would see value.

The process was structured and intense, and I did not receive an offer.
